Rhurbarb Crisp Recipe

Tasty rhubarb crisp recipe that Amy likes.

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 cups chopped rhubarb
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and ¼ cup flour; mix well.
  3. Pour into 9x9-inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar; cut in flour and oats.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before cutting into serving squares.
